Nooneh is a third-year student studying English and Professional Writing here in our little college town. She is an editor by trade, a writer by passion, and a baker by necessity. After business hours, she is constantly being written and rewritten.

John is a third-year studying English and Education here in Davis. When he isn't piled under homework, you'll often find him in the quiet of his room, reading or baking. Though he'd never call himself a poet, John has a deep love for reading and writing poetry. In fact, you'll never catch him without one of his several travel journals and a pencil ready in hand.

Stephanie is a fourth year Economics student at UC Davis, focusing on International Macro-finance. With a passion for working with people and with numbers, she aspires to become an accountant. She balances her analytical mind with her creative spirit through poetry writing, drawing, and dabbling in interior design.

Brittney is a third-year studying Communications and minoring in Community and Regional Development. Although she plans to work in the public good sector when she graduates, Brittney loves writing flash fictions, novels, and the occasional (angsty) poem. She is most frequently found running late to class, running late to meetings, and claiming she never does cardio.

Sriharini is a senior studying English, emphasizing in creative writing and critical theory, at UC Davis. If she isn’t rewatching Pride and Prejudice (1995), listening to Hozier, admiring a cat, or doing all three, she is hopefully trying to finish a writing project. She writes both poetry and prose, but particularly enjoys writing horror stories in her free time.

Michael Yoo is a fourth-year sustainable environmental design and design double major. In his free time, you'll find him stargazing in a field, biking endlessly or taking a juice shot. He hopes to pursue a future in the industry of design and dreams.

Rebecca is a third-year English and Digital Media major. She has a deep passion for art, writing, drumming, and game design, and when she's not shelving books at Shields Library, she's chipping away at years-old projects. She hopes to become a graphic novelist, and aims to begin self-publishing her first longform comic this summer.

If not submitting herself to the online panopticon or reading 1300 page fantasy novels, current quandaries include how much jewelry she can fit on her person, wondering what her dog is thinking, and desperately trying to figure out how to end her third book.

Helaina Flores is a third-year English major, Communications and Professional Writing Minor at UC Davis, and recipient of the University Honors Program Leta and James Fulmor Scholarship. She is a second-year editor for HerCampus (a female-run online magazine on campus) and a 7th-quarter DJ at KDVS. She is involved with Poetry Nights in Davis and is currently the producer of Dr. Andy’s podcast.
